Mr. Schrenk has been admitted to practice law in Minnesota since 1978. He spent most of his career with the Claims and Litigation Departments of two major railroads and has dealt with a wide range of civil litigation, including the handling, negotiation and defense of cases involving railroad law, crossing accident litigation, and occupational injuries (including asbestos claims; hearing loss; and cumulative trauma).

Mr. Schrenk recently retired from the railroad and has joined Ricke & Sweeney on a part time basis to lend his experience on cases within his areas of expertise.
