Ms. Blanner has experience in a variety of civil litigation and business law matters. Prior to joining Ricke & Sweeney, she represented broker-dealers and registered representatives in securities fraud and investment disputes before FINRA. She also represented clients in a variety of commercial litigation, employment, and insurance defense matters.
Currently, Ms. Blanner represents our railroad clients in the defense of claims arising under the FELA, LIA, SAA, and FRSA.
She is admitted to practice law in the federal and state courts of Minnesota.
